Today was one busy day, and I really mean it. I had to take care of my new apartment's application and clear all my debts before going to dubai, and as Canadians are so much in favor of holidays, i realized that just like last week this friday is also a holiday aswell wgich made me rush to do things i was suppose to do tomorrow. 
And it is here that the last thing you need is a "Under training Bank employee" serving you, or a clicky landlord. Thanks to Hesam and Behnam's help I finally managed to do them all.
