Is Noam Chomsky really a Marxist theorist?! This is the first time i am hearing this and i wonder on what ground this has been claimed?! I admire him for his extensive and comprehensive research on some political aspects of the contemporary American society, to collect abundant evidence on how the media in the USA is controlled by the state. Thinking of him as a Marxist adds to his credibility to my eyes, indeed! I just don't know why i can assume so? Has he ever mentioned he believes in Marxism as a correct theory of the evolution of the Human societies? Has he ever called himself a Marxist theorist? Anyway, I do hope it is because of my own ignorance if i am still not aware of this information and, not that of an ignorant right-wing who labels any person who does not fit into the 'right' side of Politics!
